There are many ways you could do it. Nothing looks incorrect to me. It looks like you are just running into a defect of the software, and you are not doing anything wrong on your part.

Ok, that makes much more sense now. I would still expect that OpenRoads Designer should be able to follow the stationing with the CivilAccudraw tool. I'll file a defect for development to review: Defect 1081775:Civil Accudraw Profile Stationing is incorrect when alignment contains intervals

Okay - I see what happened now. I was following a LEARN video, created my edge of pavement and back of curb lines based on offsets from the alignment. Then created my radii at each intersection using the Arcs>Arc Between Elements>Simple Arc tool and accepted the Trim/Extend Both option at the end. I remember watching the video and thinking this was a much better way to do it, because the line was still there and there's not a bunch of extraneous clicking like the Standard MS Tool. But now I see that the distance between the "trimmed" section of line between the radii spring points is exactly 71'. Which explains why as I go down the alignment further, the stationing gets even further off. Even time I go past an intersection the stationing is off by whatever the trimmed out portion of the line is. But the profile doesn't act strange, get truncated or have a missing section, just the stationing makes a jump. Wow....I understand why, but kinda don't. This is obviously NOT how I am supposed to be creating the geometry and cutting profiles.

It looks like the Profile you have open is for Line 6. Is this correct? I think something is not right here. I do not see Line 6 listed anywhere in the Explorer > OpenRoads Model, and it should be listed there. I also cannot see the element in the view window until I hover over it with my mouse. If you delete Line 6, then recreate it, at what point does it start this behavior? It looks like me that the stationing is correct from 0+50 to about 0+80, then it jumps during the intersection portion of the line as you describe for the accudraw.

I tried pressing “o” but it just types an “o” in the station entry box, I must need to move the focus.

I am getting an error when I try to upload the files via the web. Here they are.

Please attach the dgn that has this issue are describing. As of now I am unable to duplicate it. Have you tried pressing the "o" key to change the origin to see if that does anything? Once I get the dgn I'll be able to troubleshoot further.
