PowerGeopak keep crushing

Question

Hello All, 
 Can you help me to fix this issue? 
 I have a DGN file trying to open with PowerGeopak, 
 when file is open, and i try to select on element, it bring PowerGeopak hanging out, crushing and shutdown. 
 These are the following messages i got

PS: I am using PowerGeopak SS10

Does this happen with other dgn's? 
 make sure there are no hanging geopak.exe processes running in windows (task manager) 
 delete your resource files Delete everything under the 8.11 folder 
 C:\Users\ yourusername \AppData\Local\Bentley\powergeopak\8.11 
 try again

other dgn is workign fine but only that file. 
 even i tried this file on other machines, there is still error and crushing powergeopak 
 I can upload the exception.txt file if you want.

I am afraid the file is corrupt beyond repair. You can retrieve from backup, or create a new dgn, reference this one in and copy the plan elements.
