Good day, I'm trying place a node layout element using subsurface utilities and I get the following error (Access to path 'C:\Users\userName\AppData\Local\Temp\Bentley\SUE' is denied). I am able to access the folder as well as manually read and write files into it.
I'm using Bentley OpenRail Designer (2019 Release 2) version 10.07.03.18
Kindly assist with solutions.
Have you tried to launch OpenRail Designer with 'Run as Administrator'?
Does it happen with any file?
What happens if you delete the folder?
Hi Marc Blancher , It happened with all the files and also after deleting the folder. Running OpenRail Designer as an administrator solved the problem. Thanks.
