SS4 Not letting "Import Geometry". Gives an error "A problem caused the program to stop working properly. ..."

I assume that you are importing geometry from a gpk, correct?

You can try and clean your preferences

make sure there are no hanging geopak.exe processes running in windows (task manager)

delete your resource files
Delete everything under the 8.11 folder

C:\Users\ yourusername \AppData\Local\Bentley\powergeopak\8.11
