I'm searching for a non ORD metric DGN LIB for AASHTO 2018 design standards. I'm aware of the ORD version, but it opens as a blank file in my application. I'm working in Power InRoads Select Series 4. Any directions or suggestions would be helpful.
Going to hazard a guess that you aren't going to get a rules file for SS4, but you might be able to get one for SS10 that should be backwards compatible with SS4 ;)
