Openrails conceptstation, when place the template with end condition through the alignment but cutting section is not visible, under the ground I cannot resolve this. Using grade resolve and alignment refresher but nothing happened. What should I do?

Thank you for your support that learner document is not helpful for resolve problem. Maybe its from software mistakes. Because when place the road its ok but railway has problems.
What did you use to create the 3sm? Is it a 3sm from Context Capture?
If yes, then you first need to run the ground extraction tool in the area that you want to place roads/tracks.
