Delete warnings in Set Design Standard

Question

Hi, 
 When you check an horizontal geometry with the tool "Set Design Standard", I don't know how to delete the smalls warnings that appear. I can change the reference standard to check but I can't delete them.

If you open the Civil Message Center (Geometry > General Tools > Civil Message Center). you can toggle off/on the icons.The blue outline shows that the messages are displayed (and the icons).

Also, using Explorer, you can remove the Design Standard from the alignment - right hand mouse click on the alignment and select from popup menu.
