When working with a Horizontal Geometry - Circle the Transpose Element (reverse direction of stationing) does not work. Additionally the Start Station command only partially works, allowing you to move the 0+00 location, but adding negative stationing between the new 0+00 point and the original. I can only get the 0+00 point to be in the east most point on the circle with continuous positive stationing. Anyone else have this issue or have a solution?

You are better off using the arc by points command, selecting center radius option, and checking the sweep angle to 360 degrees. That way you get a circle like you want but can specify the location of the starting station.
