I haven't thoroughly looked into this, so I apologize...Sometimes it's faster to ask than to dig through the documentation.
I believe that "regular" Accudraw and Civil Accudraw use different shortcut files - is that correct?
Would it be possible to point them to the same shortcut file? I know there might be some conflict between shortcuts that would have to be redefined to make it work smoothly, but, if all of the Civil Accudraw shortcuts were accounted for (and avoided when doing plain drafting) could they use the same shortcut file? I think that could help minimize confusion with my users, so that every shortcut would have only one meaning, and so that regular drafting shortcuts could still be available when working with Civil Accudraw.
The variable 'MS_KEYBOARDSHORTCUTS' points to the shortcuts file - there is only one.
The one thing I have changed in my file is to amend the 'O' shortcut (ORD default to Civil AccuDraw origin) so that I get a popup menu to select AccuDraw or Civil AccuDraw.

Beautiful! and that's one of the first things on my list to edit.

Mary & Mark:
I tried it this morning. a faster way to find the Keyboard Shortcuts file is to type KeyBoard shortcuts in the Search Ribbon, Upper right corner of your screen.
