How can I create EOPs offset and elevation as one of the row items on a framed profile ?

How can I create EOPs offset and elevation as one of the row items on a framed profile ?

The challenge with the one that I created on the image bellow is that the elevation values displayed is for the active plan and profile alignments. How do I get elevation values for the EOPs ?

The other challenge is that the offset values don't get populated at all. The values displayed is "XSection Annotation.Offset". How do I get the EOP's horizontal offset values onto the profile ?

I was able to do this with SS2 but I'm now migrating to ORD.
