  • Hi Thokozane,

Yes, you can export and import annotation groups into landxml file. For this, from Project Explorer > OpenRoads Standards > Annotation Group> Select the annotation group right click and select "Manage". In the Manage Annotation dialog box you will find the options Import & Export. Please find attached the screen shot for you reference.

  • Hello Amita,

I'm trying to combine 3 annotation groups for cross sections.  I export the 3 groups, then create a new group.  when I import the .xml files it create copies of all the Annotation Definitions.  is there any way to prevent this?  The list becomes huge with double or triple entries as I try to combine them.

if you try to Add an existing Annotation definition to a group you have to expand the folders to select them and then it only lets you add one at a time.  This is a really painful way to build a new group with many selections.  IS there any way to select multiple definitions to add to a group? or to prevent the creation of multiple definitions with a 1,   2   ,3... at the end?

    Thanks,

    Eric
