How to display profile information in plan annotations ?

Hello, 
 
 I want to display profile annotations in plan such as the VPI's station. I managed to insert the relevant annotation definitions for the "Plan VPI Parabola Creat Back Tangent Label" and "Plan VPI Parabola Create Ahead Tangent Label" into my annotation group. The challenge is that place holder values for the profile information don't get populated with profile values at the VPIs. Please see image bellow for an example of what I'm talking about.

If you create a new text favorite that uses a Field Sub Type of Profile Annotation.Point Station it can be applied as shown in the image.
