Dimension Styles Prefix - Terrain Spot Elevation - ORD

Two questions regarding Terrain Spot Elevations:

First - I am trying to add the prefix "EL: " in my dimension style, but you are restricted to one character.  Is there any way to have the prefix "EL: " in this label?

Second - How do you remove the leader from the spot elevation - I just want a simple 'X' with the label to denote the, it seems to be part of the text settings in the dimension style, but there's no option to set the leader as 'none'.  Is it possible to have this annotate without the leader?
