I have an alignment tat starts in the East and runs West. My Client wants North up or to the East on their sheets. OpenRoads cuts the sheets with the 0+00 at the left and ending on the right – upside down to the actual real world location of the alignment. How do I get OpenRoads to cut my west-bound sheets with 0+00 on the Right and the end towards the left for both Plan and Profile?
How do I reverse / mirror the profile in OpenRoads?
You can go into the profile drawing model and set reference to be manipulated as element.
Then select all elements (reference and annotations) and do a mirror (vertical). Choose a point like the end of the alignment so that you can easily use it again in case some elements didn't mirror first time. For any reason it happened to me with profile annotation.
Not sure it is ideal in your workflow but it is the quickest way to display a profile in reverse
I would complex the alignment again. From the west to start it at 0 in the west. Then recreate your profile with the new chainages.
This avoids having to drop your original complex horizontal alignment and risk loosing your vertical.
And recreate all your named boundaries.
