Volume option terrain vs. mesh

Hi

Does anyone know why there is a difference between the possible volume options for a terrain and a mesh?

For a terrain there are the following volume options:

- Design

- Existing

- None

- Subgrade

- Substrata

For a mesh there are the following volume options:

- Design

- Existing

- None

- Subgrade

- Substrata

- Cut

- Fill

- Unsuitable

- Custom

I would like to have an 'unsuitable' volume option for a terrain when I'm calculating soft soil.

That is how i did this time. The problem is that some of the soft soil is outside the road corridor, and I only want the volume inside the corridor. I fixed it by creating a boundary around the soft soil, do a clipped terrain, and then calculate the volume between the two terrains. But that is an unnecessary  work around in my opinion.

It would be better and easier if I could set a volume option to 'unsuitable' to the soft soil terrain. Then OpenRoads should calculate the volume inside the corridor in the same process as I calculate all the other corridor volumes using 'Create Cut Fill Volumes'.
