PowerCivil Profile Cell

Andres - Check the help file.  There is a section on configuration variables.  One of them is a variabl for setting the profile cell level:  

GPK_LEVEL_PROFILE_CELL = Level Name

This will force the cell onto the named level.  The color, weight, etc. were once upon a time hard coded.  But, I think we enhanced it in a recent version so that it takes on the color and wieght of the named level.

 FYI - A similar config variable exists for cross-section cells.
