I downloaded some Digital Elevation Models from TNRIS and I need to create a TIN from the data. Can anyone help me with this process?

MS SS4 OpenRoads/ Geopak
I have never used GEOPAK, but the OpenRoads technology tools in GEOPAK are the same as those in MX/InRoads. In the 'Terrain Model' category - there is a 'Create from file' - and LIDAR is one of the available types.
the OpenRoads Terrain can then be exported to GEOPAK TIN.
Be aware that sometimes these files are too big for the Civil software to deal with and may contain multiple Z points with the same x and y. If you need to thin or categorize points to eliminated certain types of points, you might need to use a tool like Descartes.
