Not Appearing Cut-Fill Slopes

Question

Hello, when I check my cross-sections, some fill and cut slopes don't appear as in the picture below. Why does that happen and how can I fix it? 
 My second question is....where does ORD save sheets?

I was placing ditches and fill slopes by mirror option. Then I realized endpoints were not named same with when I had placed them separately. Also, I used the interval drop value as 50 first. I totally removed ORD from the PC and reinstalled it. I created a new template by adding ditch and fill slopes one by one without using mirror option. Also, I set interval drop value as 10. In the end, the problem was solved. But I don't know which one helped.

The sheets that are created are in the active file - unless you specify otherwise. Look at the Create Drawing dialog and you will see the following.
