MX tip annotation for superelevation

Please help me anyone , I designed superelevation and I have to annotate the superelevation in the profile bottom box, please share me the link or tell me any procedure for creating the mxtip file

Open a profile mxtip file - there are examples supplied with the product. If you do not see 'Superelevation' in the list, click the right mouse button and select'show hidden items' - superelevation should be listed. Given reference string, and left and right carriagewau strings.
