Previous to 10.08 we were able to extend a crossfall from one Geometry string to another plan element and include Profile Curves between elements to smooth out the transitions between multiple elements.
Chris,
I posted a request to have an "OFFSET ALIGNMENT" command added to OpenRoads Designer. I think this would solve your issue. Civil 3d has this option, works great for creating true "Edge of Pavement or Lane" Geometry.

Zane Pratt Thanks. Have you tried using a simple Corridor with Parameters and EOP Feature Definition set to "Create Template Geometry". My issue is with extending Cross Fall from existing 3D elements to create the base alignment, then "Free" a curve off that vertical element to a Proper Gradient or other Vertical Curve.
Regards
Chris
