I have this error too. Where are the VBA Settings to check the paths?
microstation saves the config that you modify in a "personal.ucf" file. the paths might be different for you but mine is saved in my local drive or c/ drive for me with my username in a server than
\AppData\Local\Bentley\OpenRoadsDesigner\10.0.0\prefs
just delete it and a new blank one will be there once you close and open openroads again
You can type "configuration variables" in the ribbon search field, and it will bring them up for you. Go through the list until you find the right ones.
