I am using ConceptStation Connect Edition. I had my road completed with no issues, but then we decided to change this one section that has ramps, bridges, etc. so I was deleting a lot of stuff. Then I ran into a problem so I decided to "undo" all of my deletes. I think it went on overload cause it just crashed. Now whenever I open this file and zoom into that area, as soon as I click onto one of the sections that had been undone, the entire program just crashes and closes. I tried removing the journal file as well as moving and renaming to another location but same result. I'm worried I am going to have to start all over which I do not want since this is 50 miles of a highway. I would like to redo this entire area but I will need to delete the partially deleted items but now I can't select anything without it crashing. See partially deleted picture attached. Any help would be most appreciated!!!

Don't know if my answer will be of any help to you. I think you have a couple of options:
- Try using the backup file, if you have one, and redo the intersections at this region (I know it'll take some time and all);
- After a couple of reboots (PC and ConceptStation), try again, if this doesn't work, you'll have to start all over again.
I experienced some crashes from simple tasks (e.g. importing alignments, DGN files for reference, etc.) and did not receive anything from Bentley about the logs (when the dialog appears, sometimes, just crashes on its own).

The program won't even let me select that intersection without crashing. I appreciate the assistance offer, but I think I'm just going to start over. Good news is I had not downloaded all the image files I wanted for this project from USGS, so starting over allows me to have a more complete image file set. I am surprised that Bentley doesn't have people helping on this forum.

I've looked at your dataset and there are a lot of unexpected conditions in that top region with the ramps (your screen capture). My suggestion is to use the Select Tool and do a Fence selection to finally delete everything in that region.

I am also experiencing the same issue with my file. I tried using the Fence selection to delete the items in the region I suspect caused the error. After deleting, the file still crashes whenever I use the VISUALIZE tool. I tried using the backup files, but all of them are also now having the same error. Could you please suggest any other workarounds? Thanks.
