For Divided carriageway "Divided inside" this pivot method is Suitable?

It depends on which design standards your roads authority uses.Some countries use divided inside, some use centreline. Even here, it differs between national government and the different provinces/ cities.
Looking for a reply on this.
Referring to the below image, I have a divided 4 lane carriageway (2 Lanes on either sides) with unidirectional cross slope (-2.5% cross slope towards the outer edge from Median). Which pivot type will be suitable/appropriate ?
Divided Inside - Seems to be suitable for Rotation with respect to Inner Median Edge (for bidirectional camber) on each carriageway
Center Line and Crown - Both seems to be similar, which is not applicable for median locations
