I working on setting up a workspace for PowerGEOPAK SS10 using my current SS4 workspace. I can't get it to read the .Xin file. When I try to create cross sections the preferences dialog box is empty and the save, save as, and delete are all greyed out. The variable CIVIL_XIN_FILE is pointing to the correct location. What else could be cause the preference to not be shown?

initial install of msxml4.dll didn't work. had IT run install again and that fixed the problem.
