Have you read the Help file, looking for "Reality Modeling" or "Scalable Terrain Model"?
Did you follow the directions in the post above?

I understand that the Help isn't very good sometimes, but it is a good place to start finding things I want to know.

On a more Point-Cloud/Lidar aspect, ORD includes Descartes capabilities, so from Reality Modeling WorkFlow, you may compute a STM (scalable Terrain Model) from your classified data, then export from the STM a 3D raster with a specified point spacing.

1 compute STM from point Cloud:

From STM manager,
Create new STM, From STM editor dialog, Add Point< > Point Files, select your ground POD file.

2 Close STM Editor, compute STM

3 From STM dialog, Edit > Extract Raster Grid to get a 3D Raster

ORD is not a point cloud manipulation tool - Is that not part of the LIDAR software output?

ORD can create a terrain from the point cloud (assuming that all points from trees etc are removed) from which a grid could be derived, but I would assume it would be easier to get the grid from the LIDAR provider.

yeah this is a classify lidar data..how can i export grid i.e point spacing 1m interval grid.

You will need to explain a little more. Do you have a LIDAR 1x1m grid? What format are you trying to export to? What is 'classify data'?
