Hi,
We're having problem with top mesh going across the corridor in some areas where End Condition Exception (I've got number of ECE but the issue is only in few locations) is applied. Does anyone come across this? Any idea what may causing it? Is it a bug? I'm running 2020R2. Thanks.

Hi Krzysztof,
We have this issue when we use vertical components or components that do not clearly define a top. If you change the end conditon to have "Exclude from Top-Bottom Mesh" enabled does it still do it?

Thanks Mark. Did you also have problem in areas where you placed ECE? I'm getting good result where no ECE as per my screengrabs.
No not specifically, so i think it may be your end conditions themselves.
ok thanks I will investigate further
Back in 2017 we Logged SR 7000677726. In our case no real solution was found. However together with Bentley Support we investigate this and with a lot of trying we excluded verge component from top mesh, not sure why it healed Top Mesh.
Krzysztof, try excluding EC adjacent component from Top Mesh. Sounds like black magic but it helped us in 2017.
Adam
