Is there a way to attach a dgn file to an ORD profile view? In the past I often used graphic elements in a profile drawing to assist in designing the CL profile. There are factors other than existing ground elevations that sometimes impact the profile, and it would be nice to see those when designing the profile.

You can use 3D profile Cut option. ( Make sure u have attached your references in 3D view)
