OpenRoads SignCAD - Cutter Issues

We're running into an error on our SignCAD System when attempting to cut a selected item.

I’ve attached the error here;

I have verified that the system is able to talk to the cutter, and that the cutter is properly configured within the SignCAD application.

 

The exact steps to replicate this were;

 

-Insert Sign/Text

-Select Sign/Text

-Click “SignCAM” at the top toolbar

-Click “Cut Selected”
