good morning everyone
im trying to place a label using the cell option under the place label. i think i am missing the .cel file for the cell documents. is there a way to download them or where should this file be located and what is the name of it
Cell libraries (*.cel) will probably be located in the same directory tree as the rest of your FDOT resources, but I don't work with FDOT, so I'm not certain. I do recall they are pretty well organized, so it shouldn't be too hard to find.
