I have the same problem. I updated the Connection Client but it never shows any updates. My Connect Advisor shows v10.1.0.135. I also cannot find the download in Bentley Cloud Services. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Hi Ray,

I support our Building applications but happened to come across your post here since I encountered this same issue recently.

Any chance the user getting the script errors is running an older version of CONNECT Advisor? If so, have them upgrade to the latest build as outlined in this wiki and see if that helps: https://communities.bentley.com/products/building/building_analysis___design/w/building_analysis_and_design__wiki/51754/script-errors-when-attempting-to-open-videos-from-connect-advisor
