Can anyone help with this one? The user is able to play videos from BentleyLearn but not from Bentley Advisor.
I am able to run the video from my workstation in the office. The user is working from home. Any input would be helpful!

I support our Building applications but happened to come across your post here since I encountered this same issue recently.
Any chance the user getting the script errors is running an older version of CONNECT Advisor? I have the same problem. I updated the Connection Client but it never shows any updates. My Connect Advisor shows v10.1.0.135. I also cannot find the download in Bentley Cloud Services. Any help is greatly appreciated.
