Is there a way to display the ROW in the Dynamic XS views? I figured out how to show them in the cut sheets but just need them at a glance.

Yes this can be done. You need to set it up via the feature symbology of the feature definition for your feature. See screen shot below. The dynamic cross section line which calls an element template. The second screen shot is my element template settings.
