Hi everybody!
Is it possible in ORD to create a single station cross section in a similar way as in PowerCivil?
In PowerCivil you have the option of ticking the box "Single Station" when creating cross sections via the "Corridor Cross-Sections - Task".
I realise I can place a named boundary in ORD and select the same start location as stop location in order to create just the one cross section. Though I would find it useful to have a similar function as in PowerCivil.
Cheers,Kristoffer
I think the use of Event Points are supposed to mimic this. Its still a little clunky, especially since they get defined at the alignment level (which is a different file then we've been cutting XS and jumping back and forth isnt worth it). I've just been creating them as you described for the time being.
Hi Robert and thanks for your reply. I just saw a video "Cross Section Sheets" from the presentation "OpenRoads Best Practice - Drawing Production". They explain how to create a single XS by using the option "Civil Cross Section 2 Points" when placing a named boundary.
Civil AccuDraw with Station-Offset is being used to pick the correct station.

Kristoffer
