Has anyone come up with a way to export terrain contours and dynamic labels to graphics? I found several old posts asking this same question, but as of last year the answer was no:

It is inconceivable to me that Bentley would drop this functionality, especially considering that SS2 and SS4 products won’t be available in 2021.
Use the Fence File keyin in the Default-3D model (FF=). Open the new file (I recommend using MicroStation). Drop the Terrain Model Element ensuring that "Application Elements" is selected (I usually just have everything selected). That will give you 3D linestrings. You can then export to 2D for plans presentation. If you have a GeoCS activated in your terrain model file, it will be stripped during the File Fence and you will have to reapply it.
This method does not retain the contour labels, which is really what I'm after. Thanks for the help though.
I'm not 100%, but I seem to recall testing this with the "Label Terrain Contours" tool instead of the contour labels (as part of the Element Template) and they exported then.
sorry if English is not perfect, with ORD it takes a long time to achieve
1-we export in LandXml from ORD2-we open the 2D drawing file with Microstation3-We create a 3D drawing model4-we import the XML5-we use the contour annotation tool we follow the indications, roughly we draw a line and Micostation writes the odds6-we return to the 2D plane7-we put the 3D model on which we have just recovered the curves and break lines8-We merge
OUFFFF and everything is in the 2D drawing file !!
