Thanks Jeremie, that worked fine. As we have to deliver DWGs, we opened each one in Microstation/ORD, dropped the Shared Cell annotation (as this reversed the text), mirrored the profile and then had to manual move the Profile Frame box Titles to the left side.

Worked well...

Hi Mark, I'm not sure about the grade, and can only provide a workaround: In your drawing model, once you have everything anotated, you can mirror (microstation mirror command) everything including your profil reference. Text will look good, and so are the annotations. But what's not nice is that you have to do this everytime you touch your profile, or re-annotate it.
