When initializing the Application Add-Ins through Tools > Application Add-Ins, the program will hang and eventually crash. This is only affecting the SS2 product at this time as we tested in SS4 and the command will initialize without an issue. Possible solution is to re-install Pre-Req pack pdba08110706en.exe.. is there a link to this. I am unable to find download on the Bentley site
Yes, we have seen this a few times with later Windows Updates and the Application add-Ins. This is usually resolved with the prerequisites download. This link is going to work for about 90 days from today to access the download.
