[ORD] Default Survey display of Setups and Observations

Question

Is there a way to NOT display setups and observations by default when importing survey data to a field book? I would like those boxes checked off unless I need to look at them later.

An enhancement request was logged, and the log information can be found below. 
 Enhancement 131357:Survey>Fieldbooks - User would like ability to turn OFF "ALL Setups" and "ALL Observations" by default when a new fieldbook is created

It might be possible to control this by changing survey settings in your seed file. If you're just worried about whether or not it is displayed, then another option might be creating/editing element templates and assigning them to your observations/setups. If neither of these work, this would be a good enhancement.

In SS4/10 and ORD, these are defined in the Project Explorer as part of the Survey Project Settings Properties. This shows the ORD dialog. 
 
 Note that these are pointing at element templates. we store these in the same dgnlib file that stores the Survey Project Settings.
