Hi,
I am 90% done with a model and suddenly can't make any edits to my corridors anymore. Whenever I try to add a point control or parametric, it appears to process the corridor but then just crashes. It's almost as if the software has reached the limit of point controls that can be added to the corridor.
I have tried copying a different point control & parametric and then editing that but it doesn't allow me to do that either. Has anyone come across this before or know of a different workaround?
Just confirmed my theory. I copied my corridor file and split into two - stopping template drop halfway and deleting all point controls and parametrics in the other half. After reducing the number of point controls I managed to add new ones to the corridor again. Initial corridor was 1.8 km, now broken up into 900m each.
Hi Marise,
Just out of curiosity, how many point controls and parametric constraints are we talking about here?
Jan
Hi Jan, I had 16 parametric constraints and 49 point controls in the corridor.
The same happened on my file with 24 point controls. Rebuild the entire project file and after going through all the trouble it happened again. Its seems like the Application no longer have access to memory. i am not a PC specialist and hoe someone would be able to assist. Does OpenRoads utilize non-page pool mem?
