My client cannot open a .dgn file after applying some profiles and smart lines.
He is using Power GEOPAK V8i (SELECTSeries 10) 08.11.09.918.
The file is hosted over the network. But downloading the file and saving it locally and opening it that way makes no difference.
The file will open and then crash, power geopak goes unresponsive.
I can however, open the file using a .dwg viewer and access it that way.
Any help is appreciated.
Can you try to restore the application to its factory defaults, edit the product shortcut and do as explained on this wiki, Option 2: https://communities.bentley.com/products/microstation/w/microstation__wiki/8671/restore-microstation-to-factory-defaults
