I am creating cross sections for a particular project that has multiple corridors referenced in to create the completed project. In some of the corridors, there are linear templates and civil cells that are used for intersections and other features. In the cross sections viewer, the feature definitions from these linear templates and civil cells are not displaying the small x's in order to annotate them. I have looked into creating an alternate surface as well as making sure all the template points have feature definitions, which they do. Does anyone know if this is just a bug that does not allow for the feature definitions of linear templates and civil cells to display in cross sections?
What product and version are you using?
Are you referring to not being able to see an X in the Dynamic Cross Section view or the actual Cross Section drawing? Please provide some screenshots to better understand the problem. In OpenRoads Designer, it annotates features according to the definitions used with the dgns. So it will annotate the features from the reference dgn according to how the reference dgn defines its feature definition.

I am referring to not being able to see the X in the actual cross section drawing. I am not using OpenRoads Designer, so it does not automatically annotate the features. I have used some linear templates for end conditions and other such features that could be used in the actual corridor template drop. What I am noticing is that these linear templates do not display the X for annotation.
I am using SS10 OpenRoads
Review these videos here to make sure you have your Element Templates set up properly to display with a X as you want: https://communities.bentley.com/products/road___site_design/w/road_and_site_design__wiki/8500/video-displaying-points-in-cross-sections. If it is still not working after that you could post your data and I could see what might be causing this.
