I have drawn horizontal elements to form a horizontal alignment in open roads. Normally, when you select such an alignment, orange text and orange cursors appear around the element so that you can manipulate it and the alignment. However, I get no such text or cursors when I select the element. Not only that, there is no way to manipulate the element at all. You can delete it and redraw it, but that's it.
Does anyone know what's going on?

If the 'Disable Handles' toggle in on, you will not get the manipulators.

i have been joining the horizontal alignment (centreline) points ,point by point. I would like to inquire whether there's another method of automatically creating it automatically once i have the CSV file data. How can a person join the centreline points automatically lets say for 100km road plus
