Just trying to create / display an offset profile showing the Original ground offset 10m right and left of my centerline. This was easy in Inroads but can't seem to find the solution in ORD.

This was similar in GEOPAK SS2..
Actually it is as easy in the ORD as it is in Inroads. Check tool: Create Profile From surface, there is an option to create new profile for a horizontal element with an horizontal offset. Assigne desired Feature Definition and you are done. As a benefit it will be dynamic and when you edit your horizontal element the profile is updated.
