How can I annotate Groound Z in cross sections?
You want to put z in the different points of the terrain.
Thanks
Hello Joaquim,
I would suggest you can use the following link to setup Annotation for Cross Sections/ Manage Annotations..
https://communities.bentley.com/products/road___site_design/w/road_and_site_design__wiki/37440/video-annotation-setup
Also In meanwhile please refer the link below.

Please let us know if you have any questions on the same.
Thank you,

It is usually easy to get the elevation from the existing surface but not to annotate at location defined by existing surface.
It is because the location is defined by features (points) that are in the 3D model. Usually user has the terrain model but not always the 3D features of the terrain model. And it is what you need to locate annotation according to existing features.
So reference the 3D features (3D line with feature definition) in the 2D+3D.
I don't think you can annotate various points on your existing terrain except the points on which your proposed gradings intersect the existing terrain. For instance, you can annotate the existing ground elevation at the toe of fill or cut. However if you just want to check the existing elevation for points of interest, you can use the civil analysis tool to track them.
