Hi,
The latest OpenRaods Designer(2020 Release 3 Update9),
About the tool "Quantities Report By Named Boundary" , check on the "Display Clipped Graphics" box, then the Clipped graphics will be created.
But, to the Tunnel Model, The tool goes wrong! it only cuts the model, and forget to colse the model void.
Hope to fix this bugs ASAP.

I do not think uploading files is necessary! as I have indicated, once this tool is used to create clipped graphics, the obviously defect can be found . Testing this bug is not a complicated process.
I know that ORD got an enhancement to "close" Meshes split using Corridor Clipping, but still does not "close" Meshes split using Template Display Rules or other methods like the Create Clipped Graphics options. This is something required for correct BIM outputs.
I can share a VBA macro that can automate the process Jeremie describes above if that helps.
