I only receive the errors when I open a DGN from ProjectWise.

I do not receive these errors when I open a DGN out of ProjectWise, so I would assume that is were the problem is. Both Microstation and InRoads are SS4

You might need to use the Right click menu and set some custom variables to use at launch. Look at the InRoads Shortcut that gets created during installation. InRoads can no longer be loaded after the fact but most be loaded during launch of the product. We use Power InRoads which has an executable, but the newest versions of InRoads for MicroStation no longer have a separate executable but use MicroStation's with command line switches. These need to be added to a Open With Selection in ProjectWise so InRoads launches automatically.

Also, how are you starting MicroStation and InRoads? Are you starting MicroStation by selecting the file in ProjectWise and starting from there or are you starting MicroStation and selecting the file as MicroStation starts up?

Have you tried uninstallling and reinstalling Projectwise?

Are you receiving this error message when opening a dgn outside of Projectwise?

What happens if you open MicroStation & InRoads without ProjectWise? Do you get the same errors?
What version of MicroStation, and what version of InRoads are you running?
