However, I don't get the option to export, this is what comes up when I right click:
Ensure you are in a DGNLIB, and you can then 'Copy' the Features Definitions [red] (and Symbologies, Annotation Definitions and Groups) from another DGNLIB and 'Paste' [green] into your current file. The example is copying the Alignment FDs.
