Geopak SS10 -> ORD migration: Civil File Manager processing order and update list paring

I understand the general concept of running Civil File Manager for migration. When I "open" a file, CFM will analyze that file for attachments and then it will analyze each of those attachments for more attachments.

When I click to view the Update List, I can expect it to trace back as far as it needs to, and I believe it orders the updates according to OpenRoads relationships and dependencies. It lists the attachments that it will be updating and provides an icon according to the version of the file. The file's icon sometimes indicates v8, sometimes ORD, and sometimes just a question mark (which is what? a missing reference?).

Is it possible to selectively update specific files in the list? I don't want to update them all, because some of the references are not my team's responsibility and I'm not qualified to impose choices onto another team.

Also, I'd like to have the updated files land in an entirely different system path, but as long as there are files that are referenced outside the new path, the migration will impact those files outside this path.

Am I missing some important functionality that already enables this?

(For the benefit of posterity, in some videos CFM is referred to as "Version Checker". CFM is found at "C:\Program Files\Bentley\OpenRoads Designer CONNECT Edition\OpenRoadsDesigner\CivilFileManager.exe".)
