I have about 50 cross sections. on each cross section I have drawn a line where the bottom of the proposed features are. Each cross section has the same type of line, level, weight, color, etc. On 23 of the 50, I am getting the error, "XS-NOPROP" no proposed xs elements at this station. when in fact every cross section has the same proposed line. i have tried exploding the line and tried changing the vertical search criteria with no luck.
Thanks,
Brandon
I don't know why, but i copied the cross sections into a different drawing and it fixed the problem.
I've seen stranger things.
Something to consider next time might be to delete the Geopak resource files: https://communities.bentley.com/products/road___site_design/w/road_and_site_design__wiki/15923/geopak-resource-files-how-to-remove-them-and-why
From time to time, those get bad bits of data.
Another thing which can cause no end of frustration are cross section elements with negative coordinates - anywhere to the left or below 0,0. While that's probably not what was going on here (unless section 23 was created in a separate run) it can happen if cross sections are created too close to the origin. I usually create my cross sections with a DP over around 1000,1000 just to make sure that absolutely nothing ends up with a negative coordinate.
