There is currently an issue with the Geocoordination Services. It seems as though USGS may have changed something. We are aware and working on it. It may be a few days before it is resolved.

Thanks for the update! I was also having the same issue. It's still not working as of today (2/16), hoping this gets resolved soon.
This issue is now resolved for 1/9, 1/3 and 1 arc-second terrain in the USA.
SRTM3 world coverage should be resolved by March 12th.
