If I am remoted into my office PC - no problem. If I load using our workspace as my local workspace on my home PC - no problem.
When I try to open a file in our ProjectWise datasource the splash screen appears, the file opens but the splash screen never closes and the application will not respond to any input.
I'm still on Widows 7, and our PW Client is 10.00.03.167
This was working at some point.
Hello,
Is this happening with specific files? If so, what's the file consists of? I mean, is it corridor file , geometry file, etc.?

It does not seem to be file specific. When I put mu cursor over the desktop, I get the spinning circle icon. Task manage is sometimes inconsistent - I've had it report Not Responding and other times Running.
It would seem my Power InRoads Ss2 is suffering from the same issue.
We are in a managed workspace and depending upon the application and other workspace settings, it might be running one of two sets of standards. One is our original V8 standards and the other is the one we developed for Ss4 (now 10) and for ORD.
We have a special shortcut that lets us run the -DEBUG command line switch even in ProjectWise. I've attached the output from it, if this helps.

Bump!
BTW, can I log an SR even though I am still under COVID "working from home"?
